In Soytaş Yayık Makineleri engines, rotors and stators are made of silicon steel, 650 gr enameled copper coil wire, aluminum caps and double bearing system are used. The use of these materials increases the engine speed and power and ensures long-lasting operation. There is a serious difference from the engines of their counterparts in this direction and the biggest difference in our cost item is the ENGINE COST.
2- The second most important part is the sealing feature. A sealed circular piece, which we call the flange for sealing, is compressed from the bottom of the boiler with a double seal system flange bearing, in a gasketed manner. When the engine starts, the stainless shaft in the flange bearing and the impeller perform the task of mixing with the help of the belt. The flange remaining inside the vesselconverts the propeller motor power into the rotational speed of the propeller with the propeller and the core screw made of brass material. 3 seals also spread the problem of sealing used gaskets for many years. This is where the 2nd biggest and most important costs come from with their counterparts.
