HOW TO MAKE BUTTER IN OUR SOYTAŞ BUTTER-FLY 5 LITER CHURN MACHINE.
First, put 2.5 kg of yoghurt, which you have fermented yourself from unskimmed milk, to our machine after resting it for 2 days. Add 2.1 liters of water and run the machine. Yogurt and water should be neither too cold nor too hot. If you put it at room temperature, the butter will form on top in 10-15 minutes. After taking the butter with the help of a straining ladle and emptying the machine, put 1 liter of very cold water into the machine and put the butter collected back into the machine. The reason for this is to separate the buttermilk in the butter. Then you can take the butter with the help of the straining ladle and eat it with pleasure. You can either make cottage cheese, strained yoghurt from the remaining buttermilk or just drink it.
What does the butter making time depend on?
Depending on the amount of yoghurt and water added (2-2.1 lt water per 2.5 kg yoghurt); make sure that yogurt and water is at room temperature while making your butter. In this way, you will get more butter and you can make it in a short time. If you add the yoghurt and water cold, the butter making time will be longer. Also, do not worry if the engine will burn if it works for a long time, when our machine operates intensely, the engine protects itself and starts again when it gets cold.
